Jason Miller
Managing Director

From 2004 Jason has led the development and growth of CLEAN. Following a highly successful career in the High Tech Industry, he joined the business to become the 5th generation of the family to head up CLEAN. Since joining he has taken the company through an intense period of modernisation, investment and growth. He has embedded his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership firmly in CLEAN and continues to drive the business forward.  Jason is Chairman of the CLEAN Board and also serves as a main board director for The Brilliant Laundry Group.

David Harmes
Finance Director

David Harmes has many years experience in finance and has spent over twenty years as Finance Director or CFO of a number of medium sized companies.

Most recently he was finance director of Clinical Solutions Limited a venture backed private services company with operations in Australia and the USA. Before that he was Finance Director of Superscape plc, a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange, where he was instrumental in raising over £35m in financing. Still earlier he was Chief Financial Officer of venture capital backed EUnet International Limited, a leading European internet service provider which was sold to Qwest Inc in a deal valued at $153m in 1998.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and has a first class degree in Mechanical Engineering from London Imperial College.

Keith Donovan
Commercial Director

Having been invited to join CLEAN in 2005 Keith brought with him extensive commercial experience, gained through owning and managing fast growing companies in the Audio Visual and IT industry. Keith cites his success as being passionate about all that he does, instilling confidence and enthusiasm in all those around him, and taking businesses to new levels of growth and achievement.

David Tindal
Operations Director

David Tindal joined CLEAN as Operations Director in November 2009, just in time for the opening of the new facility at Camberley. He previously held general management and manufacturing roles at Mars Inc and Akzo Nobel. At Akzo Nobel, he set up and ran a packaging business in China. He is passionate about achieving excellent manufacturing operations.

David’s brief is to introduce best practice from other industries into the laundry industry, and to develop the organisation and processes.

David has a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. A keen mountain biker and open water swimmer, he lives in Cookham with his wife and two boys.

Sarah Cooper
HR Director

Sarah Cooper joined CLEAN in July 2009 to lead and develop the people agenda within the Company.

Sarah previously held senior HR roles at Premier Foods and RHM specialising in organisational development and change management. Prior to that she worked for Mars, British Aerospace and Rolls Royce in a variety of roles including supply chain management, marketing, manufacturing and engineering.

Sarah has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birmingham University and an Engineering Doctorate degree from the University of Manchester.
