Customer service, satisfaction and quality have been objectives for CLEAN for many years and are continually being achieved and surpassed with the adoption of the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and associated Codes of Practice.

Working disciplines and performance controls instituted to conform to the stringent requirements of the Standard have enhanced the levels of service and quality being provided for the satisfaction of our customers.

Maidenhead Laundry has achieved the accolade of ISO 9001:2000 Registration for the specialist services of Cleanroom and Barrier facilities together with Linen, Towels and Workwear operations.

Development and re-structuring for attainment of this accreditation has given the opportunity for employees at all levels to support a positive ownership and accountability of their performance outputs, which ensures the benefits of improved service, quality and efficiency are passed directly on to our customers.

The ISO 9001:2000 model provides in-depth analysis of all customer contact, which enables the CLEAN's management and staff to identify and appreciate customer requirements and expectations, making improvement as necessary and achieving the aim that customer satisfaction and service be continually assured and wherever possible exceeded.
