The latest edition of estate agent Savills’ report ‘The UK Extended Stay Market’ confirms that 2017 will be a record year for new serviced apartment developments in the UK, with a predicted 13.8 percent increase on the nation’s current offering.

With ‘record growth’ in the serviced apartment sector, CLEAN’s got it covered

London is set to be one of the key cities for serviced apartment growth this year and with more than 7,000 additional hotel rooms to be added to the capital’s 145,930-strong supply in 2017, according to PWC’s UK Hotels Forecast. Looking at the forecast, it’s clear to see why CLEAN chose to open a state-of-the-art laundry in Berkshire as the hospitality industry for the south east continues to grow.
