Customer Service Executive at our Head Office
“I’m one of the Customer Service Executive’s working as part of the Customer Service Centre team at CLEAN’s head office in White Waltham near Maidenhead. CLEAN operates 7 strategically located plants throughout the UK. We manage thousands of customers and process many millions of linen items every week ready for distribution to customers by our transport and logistics team. The customer Service Centre deals with customer issues, queries and orders on a daily basis. We liaise with the site production and transport teams to ensure a proactive service is delivered.”
“I would like to progress to be an account manager, allowing me to work face to face with customers. I have been working closely with the AM's, even going out into the field to meet customers alongside them.”
What does my job involve?
“My job involves helping customers by taking orders, amending orders and helping to solve any other issues they may have. Every day is different, and it involves a lot of problem-solving which can be very rewarding when you have resolved a issue and helped a customer get the most from our service.”
Whats it like to work at CLEAN?
“We get support from everyone through training really which helps develop your confidence. There is a lot of encouragement to progress to a different role or department within the company, and the managers are always willing to help, and listen to any new ideas you may have to help benefit the department. If I had to describe the culture at CLEAN in three word they would be mindful, diverse and strong.”
