Meet Lukasz

Production Manager at our Slough Laundry

“I am one of the Production Managers working as part of the operations team at CLEAN’s state-of-the-art £15m super laundry in Slough, Berkshire. We produce a range of different bed linen, towelling and table linen for 3, 4 and 5 Star hotels across London and the South East. My role is vital to ensure the site provides an effective and efficient laundry operation for customers. No two days are ever the same and every day offers a different challenge.”

My Career

“I started working for Watford Cleaners and Launderers over ten years ago in 2015 they were purchased by CLEAN. In 2016 I transferred to Slough; since then my career with CLEAN is progressing fast, I'm ambitious individual aiming for improvement. I’ve had the chance to learn from the best, and completed many courses offered by CLEAN.”

What does my job involve?

“My job involves leading, managing and developing the production team at the laundry. I work with the Site Director to ensure the laundry adheres to the high standards that the company demands. I organise production according to the orders scheduled. We must ensure that we are meeting our daily production targets otherwise we might not be able to fulfil customers’ orders. Health and safety is hugely important and a key part of my role as a company it is our mission to ensure we maintain a safe workplace for all.”
