To ensure that CLEAN can manage your additional table linen requirements and save you money for the November and December festive conference, banqueting and party season your Account Manager will organise a meeting or telephone call with you to discuss your requirements. We started to accept orders from Monday 2nd September 2019 and the order deadline is Tuesday 15th October 2019
Why do we need to have a meeting? Can’t we just increase our orders?
In previous years customers have ordered more table linen for events in November & December than they need. Often, we find customers overestimate what they need or don’t take into consideration the table linen that will be delivered as part of their Streamline order. This can result in stockpiles of unused napkins and table linen at hotels and a lower than expected volume of used table linen being returned to laundries. This means many hotels are overspending by renting table linen that they don’t need. Therefore, this year we are aiming to save customers money by working in partnership to ensure you only order what you need.
What will happen during your Christmas table linen meeting?
Your Account Manager will discuss the events you have scheduled, the number of covers you will be serving, and explain how much table linen CLEAN will deliver to fulfil contractual obligations. They'll use this information to recommend an appropriate order schedule of additional table linen to be ordered and delivered between 22nd November and 31 December 2019.
