Deliveries

Please note our laundries will be closed and no deliveries will be made on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Customer Service Centre Opening

Please note linen Customer Service will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Other than these bank holidays customer service will be open and our team will be happy to help. Please note that the service centre will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve, Sunday 27th and Monday 28th and New Years Eve the table below details the opening hours throughout the festive period.

Saturday 2nd January 8am - 1pm
Sunday 3rd January CLOSED

How to submit Streamline counts

In order to ensure you have enough linen stock to cover the holiday period it is important that you continue to manage your stock levels in line with your occupancy levels. If one of your regular deliveries is usually scheduled on any of these days, you can adjust your Streamline schedule and orders to compensate for these closures. We will be accepting Stream Linen and Linen counts earlier than your scheduled day during the festive season.

Christmas Week

If your Streamline count is usually made on Friday during the Christmas Week. Please submit your counts by 10am on Thursday 24th December.

New Year Week

If your Streamline count is usually made on a Friday during this week. Please submit your counts by 10am on Thursday 31st December (New Year’s Eve).
