Independent Hotel Show invites Rick Stein, Brian Turner and David Connell to the stage

With less than a week to go, the Independent Hotel Show presented by Rate Gain, have announced TV presenter, leading chef and restaurateur Rick Stein and South Lodge’s General Manager David Connell will lead the debate on a seminar panel focusing on dining in hotels chaired by TV personality, chef and restaurateur Brian Turner.
Taking place on Wednesday 21 October, the second day of the show, the trio will be imparting their wisdom on how to turn a hotel restaurant into a destination
dinning offer, providing hoteliers with advice insight and first-hand experience on creating a successful hotel restaurant. We don't doubt that
crisp clean hotel linen will be part of the advice on offer.
The “Making your Restaurant a Destination” session, held on the Innovation Stage sponsored by CLEAN and U.K. Housekeepers Association, runs from 13.30
to 14.15.
