CLEAN provides workwear rental and laundry services across many UK locations, supported by our laundry and delivery network. We are a growing company and are adding new delivery areas, so even if we don’t service your area, we might do it in the future. Share your postcode, number of wearers, and number of weekly uniform changes. One of our team members can quickly confirm whether we can service your site and what options are available.

Would you like us to check your location and prepare a free workwear proposal? Contact us today!

We usually collect and deliver on an agreed regular schedule, most commonly weekly. There will always be two sets of garments: one set worn by your workers and another laundered by us, so the deliver-collect-clean cycle runs without interruption, and your workers always have fresh garments to wear. The service includes rigorous quality checks and repairs, so you can be confident that your workers and the products they use are protected. We can even help with the distribution of clean workwear when it arrives back at your site, with locker fulfilment or drop off to an agreed collection point, so your team always know where to find their workwear. Tell us how many wearers you have, and we can recommend the best service schedule for your site.

CLEAN offers a wide range of workwear for different industries, including food production, manufacturing, PPE, industrial, warehouse, logistics, construction, retail, leisure and hospitality. This can include chefs’ uniforms, boilersuits and coveralls, hi-vis, protective garments, and PPE workwear, such as flame-retardant garments, ARC protection, and specialist multi-protective workwear, depending on your requirements. We work with a range of UK-based specialist garment producers and manufacturers. We will recommend the right workwear that offers the best value for your needs, so you can be confident you have the best possible solution. Tell us your industry and the risks present in your working environment, and we’ll help you choose the right garments to protect your team.

Yes, many garments can be personalised with your company logo or name. Branding options depend on the garment type, fabric and supplier requirements. We can review your logo, garment choice, and wearer needs to recommend the best option. Send us your branding requirements and we’ll include this in your workwear proposal.

Our pricing is tailored to your business, so we don’t use a one-size-fits-all price list. Your quote will depend on the number of wearers, garment types, changes per week, branding, site location and service requirements. This means you receive a proposal tailored to your business's actual needs to ensure you get the best possible value. Share a few details with us, and we’ll arrange a free tailored quote.

CLEAN specialises in a fully managed workwear rental and laundry service. However, we may be able to provide a wash-only service if the workwear you have is fit for industrial laundry. We can wash garments from most well-known manufacturers. If you have workwear garments we don’t recognise, we will conduct our own wash tests that provide peace of mind to both parties that they will stand up to the rigours of our process. Please send us more information about what you need washed, how often, how many garments are involved, and your delivery postcode. Our team will review your request and confirm whether we can support you. Send us your details and we’ll review the best option for your business.

CLEAN’s core service is workwear rental with professional laundering, collection and delivery. Rather than simply buying garments upfront, renting helps spread costs over the contract and provides a managed service that includes laundering, tracking, repairs, and replacements. However, if you need to kit your team out with other items, such as shoes and gloves, we can help with that on a one-off, direct sale basis too. Ask us for a rental proposal, and we’ll show you how the service works.

Contract length depends on the garment type and service requirements. As a guide, standard workwear rental contracts are usually around 3 years. Some specialist PPE garment programmes may use different terms depending on the required specification. Contact us today so our team can confirm the best contract option as part of your tailored proposal.

Installation depends on your garment range, number of wearers, branding, site setup and delivery requirements. Once your proposal is agreed, we confirm wearer lists and sizes, order garments, arrange any logo or embroidery work, set up the account and agree on your delivery schedule. For straightforward requirements, setup can be quick. If you choose very specialist garments or have a large number of wearers, garments are often made to order, so it can take longer. Want to know how quickly we could get your site up and running? Send us your details, and we’ll talk you through the next steps.
