  • Any general queries about the service
  • All orders of linen or workwear
  • Delivery & collection queries
  • Invoice queries
  • Informing us of new delivery location(s)
  • To book an appointment with your account manager
  • Any queries made via your driver will be answered by the Customer Service Centre

LINEN Customers

  • Submitting weekly Streamline clean linen counts
  • Increasing or decreasing your linen stock
  • Adding new linen items to your order e.g. napkins
  • Removing linen items from your order

WORKWEAR Customers

  • Increases in the number of garments
