Meet Pam

Production Manager at our Camberley laundry

“I’m one of the Production Managers working as part of the production team at CLEAN’s Camberley laundry. We specialise in bed linen, towelling and table linen serving customers in Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire West London and beyond. Camberley was purpose built by CLEAN in 2009 and opened for business in 2010. We pride ourselves in working to and maintaining exceptional production standards and ensuring we operate to high health and safety standards at the laundry every day.”

My Career

“CLEAN has nurtured my development from operator up to my current role as Production Manager. This includes various courses such as CLEAN inDEED. I have felt great support throughout my laundry career. In the future I would like to expand my role using my 20 years’ experience to benefit the company further.”

What does my job involve?

“In my role I lead, develop, and motivate the site production team, to ensure a positive and engaged team. The role of a Production Manager is to maximise the efficiency and quality performance whilst minimising the cost of our operations, by continually reviewing performance, and exploring opportunities to improve. We also introduce and implement productivity improvements, to ensure increased efficiencies, service, and quality performance. This is all achieved through lots of communication, and ensuring we comply with company policy and procedures.”

Whats it like to work at CLEAN?

“I enjoy the close relationship of the team within which I work and the day to day challenges relating to my role in the laundry. I would describe my work life at CLEAN as safe, friendly and professional.”
