How we get customers up and running with our workwear service

Firstly, we work with you to ensure your workwear needs are fully understood, completing a full risk assessment of your working environment to get to grips with your day-to-day requirements. We’ll make recommendations, if required, and provide a fully costed, tailored solution. Once you’ve agreed to partner with us, getting you up and running is easy. Our dedicated installations and mobilisation team make sure the supply and setup process is quick and easy, you’ll be ready to go in no time.

Supply

1. Our experts assess your workplace and work with you to provide the garments you need
2. We’ll measure all wearers to ensure the perfect fit, tailored adjustments are made if necessary
3. We allocate the correct garments to the correct wearer (A scannable barcode label helps easily identify what individual garments belong to each wearer)
4. If you’ve ordered other services, like our locker valet service or floor protection mats:

• We’ll also install your lockers
• And place your floor protection in the correct locationsDuring your installation our experts will distribute garments to wearers.

Service

Now everything is ready for the regular weekly service to begin:

1. We collect your used workwear directly from you
2. When they arrive at our laundry , we scan the garment barcodes to register they have arrived at our facility
3. Garments are separated and laundered to the highest standards
4. All garments are inspected for damage and to ensure they meet our quality criteria
5. If anything is damaged, we repair or agree with you to replace the garment
6. Clean, serviced garments are scanned and packaged for delivery
7. Our drivers hand deliver your workwear garments back to your site (if you use our locker valet service, we’ll put each garment in its wearers locker for added security and organisation)
