As the festive season approaches, we want to ensure our customers have clean workwear ready for use. Please note the upcoming changes to our schedule:
Workwear Customers Delivery Schedule
Christmas Week
Please note deliveries will not be made on Christmas Day. To ensure customers have enough clean workwear to cover the holiday period, we will deliver freshly laundered garments on suitable alternative days.
Deliveries scheduled for Christmas Day, Thursday 25th December, will be made on either Wednesday 24th/Friday 26th December, or other appropriate arrangements will be made.
New Year Week
Deliveries will be made as normal to those customers who are open during this time. Alternate arrangements will be made for those customers closed on New Year's Day, Thursday 1st January 2026 to ensure clean workwear is available as required.
Customer Service Centre Opening
Please note that Workwear Customer Service will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day. Besides these Bank Holidays, the workwear customer service team will be available during the hours shown below during the festive period, and our team will be happy to help.

From Friday 2nd January 2026, the workwear customer service centre will return to the regular opening hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
