Matt possesses a plethora of skills with a wide range of experience in IT infrastructure, including the management of large enterprise projects. Working on tight service delivery targets, Matt has previously had to expand support teams into worldwide locations to support 24/7 operations, and holds a wealth of experience in managing businesses that have grown exponentially.

The appointment of Matt comes at a time when CLEAN is expanding, investing and steadily marching forward on its journey to achieve ‘everyday excellence’ in all areas of the business.

With an extensive technical and customer orientated background, Matt will be a key feature in the development and growth of the company as the team continuously improves and develops its processes and procedures to provide a superior service. Coming from a client facing, supplier background, Matt has regularly seen the challenges that companies face whilst using technology to drive the business forward, and his wide range of experience in both application and infrastructure roll outs will help push CLEAN towards becoming the linen supplier of choice for the hospitality industry.

Matt’s new role within the business will involve the management of all internal reporting systems, analysing raw data from the business that will provide insight and enable the continual improvement of systems and processes, and the supervision of the intricate laundry management systems that are in place at each of CLEAN’s 10 national laundries.

CLEAN’s recent internal investments and acquisitions have propelled them to being a business that is able to deliver five million linen items and 130,000 workwear items to its 5,500 customers each week.

With the customer experience the number one consideration, the technical aspect of the business is of paramount importance to ensure efficiency and accuracy is at the core of everything CLEAN does.
