However, once a decision has been made, it is crucial that both parties get to know and understand each other’s operational needs to build the foundations of a supportive collaboration.

Our customer service teams devote time and resource to working closely with our customers to provide training, and encourage direct communication between the hotel or venue team and their dedicated account manager. This ensures we’re consistently aware of any busy periods and pressures within the hotel teams, allowing the account managers to fit CLEAN’s service around the customer’s requirements.

As well as fluid communications, we also encourage our customers to visit their local laundry site to gain a further understanding of the laundry process and speak to our on-site operations team directly to answer any logistical questions they may have. Working closely with venue and housekeeping teams to provide training and support on our extensive product range, enables us to always be on-hand to discuss and explore potential operational efficiencies that may be applicable to each unique customer.
